Job description

As Business Administrator Sales you have a key role in working on complex international commercial agreements. For this role you are part of the Finance team, but your primary focus will be on Sales contracts. You will participate in contract negotiations, ensuring compliance, optimizing financial objectives and identify the risks in the Sales & Bid process.

 

You will work closely with Sales, Legal and Tax to ensure that the contracts are aligned with the business strategy and report to the head of Commercial Finance and Risk.

Job requirements

Key Skills & Responsibilities

•          Performs all contract-related documentations regarding financial, commercial and risk activities within the Sales and Bid process

•          Prepares financial and commercial documents for sales and bidding, including contract reviews, risk evaluation, and compliance checks

•          Act as trusted advisor for technical partners on financial and commercial matters and supports negotiations with customers

•          Works closely with Sales, Legal and Tax experts on contract structuring, risk assessment, (tax) compliance

•          Assessment of surety bonds and insurance conditions

•          Takes responsibility for financial / commercial acceptability of the contract, including customer creditworthiness, payment securities, cash flow, and termination terms

•          Completes the foreign currency calculation and initiates foreign exchange hedging upon contract signing

•          Prepares commercial, compliance, tax, and financial annexes for order transfer to Project Execution

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidate requirements

•          Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the financial, business, legal, technical field

•          Strong background in Finance and Business, with a good understanding of legal and fiscal principles

•          Experience in financial control, business administration, commercial sales

•          Able to translate financial insights into clear, actionable information for sales teams and management

•          Comfortable working in an international environment, collaborating with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
